Job Type: Full-Time / Overnight Overnight Pediatric LPN Home Care
Are you an LPN who loves providing one-on-one care and building meaningful relationships with patients? We are seeking a compassionate LPN to provide overnight home care for a pediatric patient who requires tracheostomy (trach) care, ventilator support, and G-tube feedings . This is a consistent, overnight schedule in a supportive home environmentperfect for nurses looking for work-life balance and professional growth . Your Role
- Provide skilled pediatric nursing care during overnight shifts
- Manage ventilator and trach care
- Administer G-tube feedings and medications per plan of care
- Monitor, document, and report patient condition
- Maintain a safe, clean, and organized home environment
- Work closely with family and the clinical care team
- Active Ohio LPN license
- Experience with ventilator, trach, and G-tube care preferred (Training Available)
- Current CPR certification
- Valid drivers license and reliable transportation
- Recent TB test or chest X-ray
- Ability to pass background check and drug screening
- Professional, dependable, and detail-oriented
- $31/hour with weekly pay
