Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments and evaluations to create personalized treatment plans for clients.

• Implement evidence-based therapeutic interventions for individuals, groups, couples, and families.

• Utilize diverse therapeutic modalities, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), psychodynamic therapy, and solution-focused short-term therapy, adapting techniques to meet each client's unique situations.

• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to provide coordinated and holistic care for clients.

• Maintain accurate and up-to-date clinical documentation in compliance with legal and ethical standards.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

This position primarily serves clients who are vulnerable and may have limited access to traditional mental health services. You will work with individuals facing various mental health challenges, including stress, anxiety, depression, trauma, and relational issues. Qualifications\n

• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Psychology, or a related field.

• Active and unrestricted licensure as a Professional Counselor (LPC) in the state of Colorado.

• A minimum of two years of counseling experience, preferably in a clinical setting.

• Strong understanding of ethical and legal standards in mental health practice.

• Demonstrated ability to establish rapport with a diverse client base, exhibiting excellent interpersonal and communication skills.

• Annual salary range of $70,000 to $90,000, depending on experience and availability of caseload.
