Assistant Director of Nursing, Ambulatory ENT

MedStar Health seeks an Assistant Director Nursing Ambulatory ENT RN to support leadership of our outpatient ENT services. This role oversees daily clinical operations, supervises and mentors nursing staff, and ensures safe, evidence-based care for diverse adult and pediatric populations. Responsibilities include staffing and scheduling, workflow optimization, patient flow and care coordination, regulatory compliance, and quality and safety initiatives. The Assistant Director partners closely with physicians and interdisciplinary teams, supports staff development and training, and advances MedStar’s patient-first, mission-driven standards across our ambulatory ENT clinics.
