Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Full-Time Bookkeeper. In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining accurate financial records, managing accounts receivable, reconciling bank statements, and ensuring compliance with accounting standards. This position offers an exciting opportunity to apply your accounting and finance experience in a collaborative environment committed to excellence.
Responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day bookkeeping activities, including data entry of journal entries, debits & credits, and account analysis.
- Reconcile general ledger accounts and perform bank reconciliations to ensure accuracy of financial data.
- Maintain accounts receivable functions, including invoice processing and collections.
- Prepare financial reports, including balance sheets, income statements, and other reports for management review.
- Proficiency in QuickBooks .
- Knowledge of corporate accounting practices, governmental accounting, and technical accounting concepts.
- Experience with account reconciliation, bank reconciliation, journal entries, general ledger accounting,
- Familiarity with payroll processing, tax experience, accounts payable/receivable management, and budget analysis.
- Ability to interpret financial concepts clearly and communicate effectively with team members at all levels.
