Job Opportunity: Registered Nurse Supervisor
Our organization is currently looking for a Registered Nurse Supervisor to enhance our resident-focused clinical care at our skilled nursing and rehabilitation facility located in Barre, VT. This pivotal role involves the coordination and supervision of nursing personnel, management of resident evaluations and care strategies, and ensuring adherence to regulatory standards while delivering exceptional long-term and short-term rehabilitative services.
Key Responsibilities- Oversee and coordinate the nursing team to ensure optimal resident care.
- Manage resident assessments and develop comprehensive care plans.
- Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements and maintain high-quality care standards.
- Mentor and support the professional development of RNs, LPNs, and CNAs.
- Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team to enhance patient outcomes.
- Support initiatives related to infection control and safety protocols.
- Foster a respectful, compassionate, and collaborative work environment.
- Encourage continuous improvement and professional growth among staff.
- Current RN licensure in the state of Vermont.
- Proven experience in a supervisory or leadership role within a healthcare setting.
- Strong understanding of nursing practices and regulatory compliance.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
