Personal Assistant to Private Individual

Our client, a private UHNW principal in Miami, is seeking an experienced Personal Assistant with Executive Assistant support capabilities. This role is primarily PA in scope, with EA-level responsibilities layered in as needed. The ideal candidate has 5+ years in a similar role, is discreet, polished, and comfortable managing a fast-paced, ever-changing environment. Responsibilities Manage day-to-day personal and household logistics for the principal Handle scheduling, correspondence, and calendar management Coordinate travel arrangements and itineraries Assist with errands, personal shopping, and vendor coordination Support light administrative and project-based tasks as needed Take meeting minutes as needed Serve as a trusted point of contact for the principal's personal affairs Maintain strict confidentiality and discretion at all times Other ad hoc responsibilities as needed Requirements 5+ years of experience in a similar role, ideally within a private household or professional setting Highly organized with strong attention to detail Must be highly emotionally intelligent and very professional Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Discreet, professional, and trustworthy Comfortable with a flexible, hands-on role Tech-savvy and adaptable Location: Miami, FL Compensation: Up to $150K DOE (base + bonus), plus competitive benefits package Schedule: Hybrid Pocketbook Agency is acting solely as a recruiting and placement firm for this position and is not the employer of record for this role unless otherwise explicitly stated.
