About the Role

\n

We are seeking a highly motivated, results-oriented Recruiter with proven experience recruiting technical and consulting professionals supporting Healthcare & Life Sciences organizations.

\n

The ideal candidate is an exceptional talent advisor, sourcing expert, and relationship builder who thrives in a fast-paced consulting environment. You will partner directly with business and practice leaders to identify, attract, and hire exceptional talent across consulting, engineering, AI, cloud, data, digital transformation, and healthcare domain roles.

\n

Responsibilities

\n

\n
• Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, from requisition intake and sourcing through offer acceptance.
\n
• Partner closely with hiring managers and practice leaders to understand requirements and develop effective recruiting strategies and hiring plans.
\n
• Build and maintain proactive talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs.
\n
• Source and engage passive candidates using LinkedIn Recruiter, referrals, networking, Boolean search, job boards, and other sourcing techniques.
\n
• Recruit across a broad range of technology, consulting, and healthcare roles, including:
\n
• AI & Machine Learning
\n
• Data Engineering & Analytics
\n
• Cloud Engineering
\n
• Digital Engineering
\n
• Product Management
\n
• Program & Project Management
\n
• Healthcare Consulting
\n
• Healthcare Technology
\n
• Conduct recruiter screens to evaluate candidates' technical capabilities, consulting experience, communication skills, and overall fit for the role.
\n
• Coordinate interviews and ensure an outstanding candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
\n
• Provide hiring managers and business leaders with market intelligence, compensation insights, competitive talent information, and regular pipeline updates.
\n
• Maintain accurate and timely recruiting data within the Applicant Tracking System (Lever preferred).
\n
• Support diversity recruiting initiatives and continuously identify new sourcing channels and talent pools.

Qualifications

\n

\n
• 1+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience, with a strong focus on technology and consulting talent.
\n
• Proven success recruiting for roles such as:
\n
• Software Engineers
\n
• Data Engineers
\n
• AI/ML Engineers
\n
• Cloud Engineers
\n
• Product Managers
\n
• Program Managers
\n
• Technical Consultants
\n
• Strong sourcing expertise using LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, referrals, networking, and advanced Boolean search techniques.
\n
• Experience recruiting both technical and business consulting professionals.
\n
• Excellent communication, relationship-building, and stakeholder management skills.
\n
• Ability to manage multiple high-priority requisitions simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
\n
• Strong organizational, prioritization, and time-management skills.
\n
• Experience working within a consulting, technology services, or professional services organization is strongly preferred.
