Job Description
We’re hiring a Sales Recruiter to support a high-growth Go-To-Market organization within a leading technology company.
\nThis is a great opportunity for an experienced recruiter who thrives in fast-paced, high-volume environments and has a strong background recruiting Sales/GTM talent within technology or SaaS organizations.
\nRole: Sales Recruiter
\nPay: $48/hr
\nDuration: 6-month contract
\nSchedule: Hybrid, minimum 3 days onsite per week
\nLocations: Atlanta, Chicago, New York,
\nInterview Process: 2 rounds, no assignment
\nStart: ASAP
\nWhat we’re looking for:
\n- \n
- 6+ years of recruiting experience, ideally 7–10 years \n
- Strong Sales/GTM recruiting experience \n
- Experience in fast-paced technology or SaaS environments \n
- Full-cycle recruiting experience from sourcing through offer acceptance \n
- Proven ability to source and engage passive candidates \n
- Experience recruiting talent directly from competitors \n
- Strong hiring manager and executive partnership skills \n
- Ability to manage high-volume recruiting while priorities shift quickly \n
- Strong communication and interviewing skills \n
- Agency recruiting backgrounds are highly relevant \n
- Strong performance history demonstrated through promotions, increased responsibility, metrics, contract extensions, or long-term team success \n
- Ability to work onsite 3 days per week \n
Preferred tools include Workday, Slack, GoodTime, and Google Workspace.
