You’ll run your own recruitment desk, combining sales + recruitment to:

→ Win new business and build relationships with senior decision-makers

\n

→ Develop your own client portfolio

\n

→ Source and headhunt high-calibre candidates

\n

→ Negotiate deals and close business

\n

→ Manage the entire process from first conversation to placement

\n

→ Build a reputation — and an earning potential — that reflects your performance

One conversation could be with a senior decision-maker at a rapidly growing company.

\n

The next could be convincing a highly sought-after candidate that you've found their next career move.

What can you earn?

$55,000 base salary

\n

\n
• Monthly KPI bonus
\n
• Uncapped commission from day one
\n
• $80K-$90K realistic Year 1 OTE
\n
• Top performers earning $18K+ in monthly commission
\n
• Top 10 consultants earning $34K+ in monthly commission
\n
