SHR Talent is partnering with a rapidly growing specialty real estate finance company seeking an ambitious Sales Associate to help establish its presence in the Nashville market. This is a unique opportunity for a recent graduate or early-career sales professional to join a highly entrepreneurial organization with significant long-term earning potential and a clearly defined path toward leadership. This will be working Remotely with required residency in the Nashville, TN area.

What You'll Do

• Develop relationships with real estate investors across the country.
\n
• Educate prospective borrowers on investment lending solutions.
\n
• Build and manage a pipeline of new lending opportunities.
\n
• Consult with investors throughout the financing process from initial inquiry through closing.
\n
• Partner closely with underwriting and operations teams to ensure an exceptional client experience.
\n
• Develop expertise within the investment real estate lending industry.
\n
• Help establish and grow the company's long-term Nashville presence.
\n

• Bachelor's degree required.

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Training & Development

\n

The selected candidate will complete an immersive training program at the company's headquarters for approximately three months. Housing, travel, and related expenses will be covered by the company.
