Foundry Melt Deck Furnace Operator

Charter Aarrowcast, a leading gray and ductile iron foundry in Shawano, WI, is seeking a Melt Deck Operator to support safe, reliable production of high-quality castings. In this role, you will operate and monitor melt deck furnaces, charge and tap iron, and help control metal chemistry and temperature to meet tight specifications. You’ll handle molten metal using cranes and ladles, perform basic equipment checks and housekeeping, and strictly follow PPE and lockout/tagout procedures. Working with a skilled team, you’ll support continuous improvement while building strong technical and trade skills in a modern foundry environment.
