Insurance Sales Development Representative
No Insurance License Needed – Just Bring the Hustle & Sales Mindset!
The Campbell Group – Allstate Agency | Addis, LA
Part-Time • In Office • 9:00 a.m.–2:00 p.m.
$15 per hour + opportunity to earn $1,000 per month in performance incentives and bonuses

Are you confident on the phone and motivated by goals? We’re looking for a dependable, outgoing person to reconnect with prospects who previously requested insurance quotes and schedule fresh reviews with our licensed producers.
What we offer
$15 per hour base pay.
Opportunity to earn $1,000 monthly in additional incentives and bonuses, based on meeting established performance goals. Additional earnings are not guaranteed.
9:00 a.m.–2:00 p.m. in-office schedule.
An established prospect database—no need to find your own contacts.
A focused role supporting our licensed sales team.

Responsibilities
What you’ll do
Call previously quoted prospects and generate interest in an updated review.
Confirm basic contact information and renewal timing.
Connect interested prospects with licensed producers or schedule appointments.
Follow up on appointments and maintain accurate records.
Meet clear daily calling and completed-appointment goals.
Requirements

A friendly, confident communicator who enjoys talking with people.
Someone persistent, organized, and comfortable making outbound calls.
A dependable team member who arrives ready to contribute.
A coachable person motivated by goals and earning opportunities.
Appointment-setting, telemarketing, phone sales, or customer outreach experience is preferred.
You create the conversation. Our licensed producers handle coverage recommendations and insurance sales.
