This role requires discretion, attention to detail, and analytical skills to provide objective and expert analyses that promote reliable, safe, and environmentally sound energy services at the lowest reasonable rates for the people of California. Responsibilities Oversight of external vendor contract and managing the entire contract lifecycle to ensure compliance, performance, and value. Monitoring contract budget and invoicing and maintaining regular communication with vendor to mitigate risks. Website oversight and maintenance, providing, with assistance of vendor, technical maintenance, security, content auditing, performance tracking, and legal compliance. Review and analyze incoming Advice Letters for compliance with basic requirements of General Order (GO) 96‑B. Process incoming Advice Letters, recording them into the Oracle database. Prepare and serve Disposition Advice Letters. Develop reports showing Advice Letters status as requested by the Energy Division Management. Complete all steps in the Resolution process from draft to finalization, ensuring all parties are served using the relevant service lists, taking charge of the approval process within the Commission for mailing the resolutions. Work with the Process Office to put Resolutions on the Commission agenda. Qualifications Applicants must meet the Minimum Qualifications stated in the Classification Specification(s) for the Analyst II level.
