Sales Manager - Digital Growth

Som Sales Manager på SQLI Nordics får du möjlighet att påverka vår affär i Sverige och Norden, arbeta med komplexa och spännande kunddialoger och samarbeta med kollegor över hela Europa. Om rollen Som Sales Manager ansvarar du för att utveckla försäljningen i Norden med fokus på Sverige och nya kunder. Rollen kombinerar strategiskt ansvar med operativt genomförande från att bygga en stark pipeline till att driva affärer i mål och utveckla långsiktiga kundrelationer. Somen del av SQLI:s internationella säljorganisation, och i näraliggande samarbetet med kollegor i andra länder kring affärer, kunder och erbjudandeutveckling, kommer du att spela en central roll i SQLI:s fortsatta tillväxt. Ansvarsområden Driva och utveckla försäljningen i Norden med fokus på hur vi skapar tillväxt genom både nya och befintliga kunder, inom såväl större som mindre affärer Bygga, utveckla och följa upp en stark och hållbar pipeline Driva nykundsförsäljning och utveckla befintliga kundrelationer Leda komplexa affärer och kontraktsförhandlingar Säkerställa kvalitet genom hela säljprocessen, från pre-sales till leverans Arbeta nära internationella team inom SQLI Group Rollen innebär även att du representerar SQLI i externa sammanhang såsom kundevent, partnersamarbeten och branschforum. Kvalifikationer 8–10 års erfarenhet av försäljning av komplexa digitala lösningar och plattformar Erfarenhet av både nyförsäljning och utveckling av befintliga kunder Erfarenhet av tekniskt komplex försäljning Erfarenhet av arbete i internationella organisationer eller internationella affärer Vana av CRM och strukturerad pipelineuppföljning Erfarenhet av nära samarbete med pre-sales och leverans Flytande svenska och engelska i tal och skrift Meriterande Bakgrund från konsult eller techbolag Erfarenhet av e-handel och digitala plattformar Du är en trygg person med fokus på hållbar finansiell tillväxt och värdeskapande. Du trivs i dialoger om teknik och motiveras av att göra affärer. Du är förtroendeingivande och van att representera i externa sammanhang. Med ett tydligt driv kombinerar du strategiskt tänkande med operativt genomförande och samarbetar effektivt med både kunder och kollegor för att nå gemensamma mål.
