Senior Product Owner (Construction Payroll & Compliance) | Minnesota | $100K–$130K We’re seeking a strategic and detail-oriented Senior Product Owner to lead the development of construction payroll and compliance solutions . This role is ideal for a product leader with experience in payroll systems, prevailing wage, certified payroll, and compliance regulations within the construction or workforce management space . What You’ll Do: Own the product roadmap for construction payroll, compliance, and workforce management tools Gather and translate business needs into user stories, product requirements, and features Drive development of solutions for prevailing wage, certified payroll (Davis-Bacon), union rules, and multi-state compliance Collaborate with engineering, UX, and stakeholders to deliver high-impact features Prioritize backlog, manage Agile/Scrum processes , and ensure on-time delivery Analyze user feedback, market trends, and regulatory changes to guide product strategy What We’re Looking For: 5+ years of experience as a Product Owner / Product Manager Strong background in payroll systems, HR tech, or construction software Knowledge of construction compliance, certified payroll, and labor regulations Experience with Agile methodologies, Jira, and product lifecycle management Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills Why Join Us: Competitive salary $100K–$130K + benefits Opportunity to shape innovative construction tech / payroll solutions Collaborative, product-driven environment with growth potential If you’re a driven Product Owner ready to build impactful payroll and compliance solutions, apply today. #J-18808-Ljbffr
