Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) - Los Angeles, CA

We are seeking an experienced Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to provide clinical oversight and high-quality behavioral services for adult clients in home and community settings. This role requires strong clinical judgment, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work independently while collaborating with a multidisciplinary team.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement individualized behavior intervention plans
• Conduct functional assessments and prepare detailed clinical reports
• Oversee day-to-day programming and service delivery
• Provide hands-on training, supervision, and mentorship to intervention staff
• Deliver parent/caregiver training and support
• Participate in team meetings and contribute to service planning
• Maintain clinical documentation and uphold confidentiality standards
• Support clients across home, community, and telehealth environments
• Create and revise positive programming and behavior support plans
• Develop social skills, group programs, and additional service initiatives as assigned

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Psychology, Education, ABA, or related field
• Active BCBA certification (required)
• Minimum 2 years of experience in ABA, preferably with adults
• Experience conducting assessments, report writing, and caseload management
• Must be highly motivated, team-oriented, and able to work in varied environments
• Valid driver's license; ability to travel locally
• Proficiency with MS Office Suite
• Must be able to lift/carry 20 lbs and assist clients when needed

Interview Process

• Up to 2 rounds:
1. Interview with current BCBA
2. If needed, interview with VP
• Feedback turnaround: Within 24 hours
