Sr. Financial Analyst

Abbott seeks a Senior Financial Analyst in Abbott Park, Illinois to support corporate financial planning and analysis activities. The role involves consolidating monthly financial reports, delivering performance insights to senior leadership, and enhancing reporting processes through automation and analytics.
Responsibilities
- Lead consolidation of monthly Sales Flash and Operations reports for Corporate Controller
- Provide analytical insights on monthly results for Operations Staff meetings with CEO
- Act as primary contact for country-specific income statements and P&L requests
- Consolidate and comment on Top 10 Country P&Ls for CEO and CFO review
- Support process improvements through automation, AI adoption, and documentation updates
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Finance or Accounting
- Minimum 4 years of relevant professional experience
- Financial and variance analysis, forecasting, planning, and modeling expertise
- Proficiency with MS Office Suite and financial planning applications
- Strong communication and organizational skills with attention to detail
- Ability to meet deadlines and work effectively in fast-paced environments
Compensation: $78,000-$156,000 base
