Senior Analyst – Real Estate Finance
\nA privately held real estate investment organization looking to add a Senior Analyst to its Finance team.
\n \nThis is a highly analytical opportunity for someone who enjoys getting beyond the numbers and using financial and operating data to help drive strategic business decisions.
\n \nThe Senior Analyst will work across a diverse real estate portfolio and partner closely with senior team members on financial planning, portfolio analysis, modeling, reporting, and investment-related decision support.
\n \nResponsibilities:
\n• Develop and maintain detailed financial models
\n• Support budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis
\n• Analyze financial and operating performance across the portfolio
\n• Evaluate strategic and investment-related opportunities
\n• Support financing and portfolio performance analysis
\n• Prepare quarterly and ad hoc reporting for leadership
\n• Work with large datasets and translate findings into actionable insights
\n \nQualifications:
\n• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field
\n• 5–10 years of relevant experience
\n• Prior real estate industry experience required
\n• Strong financial modeling and advanced Excel skills
\n• Experience working with sensitivity analysis and large datasets
\n• Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities
\n• Excellent communication and critical-thinking skills
