Mail Services Coordinator II

Position Title: Mail Services Coordinator II
Location: Charleston, SC 29405
Duration: 3 Months
Schedule: Mon Fri 8:30 AM 5:00 PM.
PR: $18.33/hour on W2
Job Description:
Responsibilities:
- Mail services (Incoming and Outgoing) currently covered by DAP Coordinators, including electronic document storage
- Printing and processing all outgoing letters, disability packets, Medicare packets, etc., each with appropriate attachments, multiple times a day
- Documenting all incoming mail in the SSI and CSHCS Applications
- Scanning and emailing mail to telecommuters through Outlook
- Saving documents to EXP member folders
- Tracking all inventory of stationary for appropriate ordering in a timely manner
Requirement:
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Ability to navigate the internet
- Valid Driver's License required
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office
- The ability to lift up to 25lbs.
