Job Title: Salon Manager SportClips Haircuts We are looking for an enthusiastic and experienced Store Manager to oversee the daily operations of our Santa Fe Sport Clips. As the Manager, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring our clients receive the highest quality experience, while leading and supporting your team to success.

Key Responsibilities- Lead, motivate, and mentor your team.
- Monitor daily operations to ensure a fun team culture, while providing exceptional client experiences.
- Uphold SportClips values.
- Create weekly scheduling, including daily floor management.
- Personal time mangement and comunication.
- Consistent team development to maintain service expectations.
- Collaborate with your Area Manager to meet and exceed store level goals.
- Experience as a Salon Manager or similar role in the industry preferred.
- Valid New Mexico cosmetology or barber license.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent customer service and communication abilities.
- Proficiency in managing schedules and inventory.
- A passion for the industry.
- Organized, detail-oriented, and able to multitask effectively.
