Temporary Part-Time Bookkeeper (Summer Position) Location: Brooklyn, NY Start Date: ASAP Duration: 2–3 Months (Summer) An established interior design firm is seeking a Temporary Part-Time Bookkeeper to support our team during the summer months. This is a great opportunity for someone detail-oriented who is comfortable working in a fast-paced, creative environment. Schedule 3–4 days per week (Part-Time) Responsibilities Manage Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR) Handle collections and follow up on outstanding invoices Maintain accurate financial records and data entry Reconcile accounts and assist with basic reporting Qualifications Experience with QuickBooks or similar accounting software Strong attention to detail and organizational skills Ability to work independently and meet deadlines Prior bookkeeping or accounting experience preferred Position is based in Brooklyn Temporary role for approximately 2–3 months (summer coverage) #J-18808-Ljbffr Sbhonline
