We are seeking an experienced Insurance Customer Service Rep to support our growing agency by accurately processing policies, providing client service, and providing administrative support. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys solving problems and takes pride in delivering exceptional service behind the scenes. You'll work closely with our team by processing insurance information, assisting with service requests, supporting quoting activities, and identifying opportunities to better serve our clients.

Responsibilities

• Answer incoming client phone calls professionally
• Process insurance data accurately and efficiently
• Assist team members with daily administrative tasks
• Provide backup support for customer service activities
• Assist associates with quoting and policy support
• Identify cross-sell and upsell opportunities during client interactions

Requirements

• Active Property & Casualty insurance license required
• Prior insurance experience preferred
• Customer service experience
• Strong critical thinking and problem-solving abilities
• Excellent conflict resolution skills
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
• Professional communication and interpersonal skills
