Wir suchen zum nchstmglichen Zeitpunkt einen Inside Sales Representative remote
Chancen Und Perspektiven - Was Sie Erwartet:
- Eigenverantwortliche Betreuung und Entwicklung eines definierten Vertriebsgebiets bzw. Apothekenkundenportfolios in Deutschland
- Umsatz- und Absatzsteigerung durch proaktive, berwiegend telefonische Kundenansprache mit Fokus auf das verschreibungspflichtige Generika- Portfolio
- Analyse und Bewertung von Kundenbedrfnissen sowie Ableitung zielgerichteter Vertriebsanstze
- Selbststndiger Aufbau, Pflege und Weiterentwicklung von Kundenbeziehungen im zugeordneten Kundenstamm durch eine engagierte Kundenbetreuung
- Initiierung und Umsetzung zielgerichteter Vertriebsaktivitten zur optimalen Ausschpfung von Potenzialen und zur Erreichung definierter Ziele
- Kontinuierliche Marktbeobachtung sowie Identifikation von Chancen und Risiken im betreuten Gebiet bzw. Kundenportfolio
- Enge Zusammenarbeit mit dem Inside Sales Team, dem Customer Service sowie relevanten internen Schnittstellen zur Sicherstellung einer optimalen Kundenbetreuung
- Erfassung und Pflege von Kundendaten sowie strukturierte Dokumentation von Kundenkontakten in den vorgesehenen Systemen
- Souverner Einsatz verschiedener Kommunikationskanle (Telefon, Video, Webinare,E- Mail, Chat,Co- Browsing etc.) zur Gewhrleistung einer qualitativ hochwertigen Kundenkommunikation
- Arbeiten auf Basis definierter KPIs sowie Sicherstellung deren Einhaltung
Persnlichkeit Und Engagement - Was Sie Mitbringen:
- Abgeschlossene kaufmnnische oder vertriebsbezogene Berufsausbildung
- Mindestens 2 Jahre Berufserfahrung im Vertrieb, idealerweise in der Pharmabranche und/oder im Innendienst bzw. Telefonvertrieb
- Sehr gute praktische Kenntnisse der einzelnen Phasen eines Verkaufsgesprchs, insbesondere in der Bedarfsanalyse
- Sicherer Umgang mit SAP-, CRM-Systemen und MS Office
- Ausgeprgte Kommunikationsstrke, Freude am telefonischen Kundenkontakt sowie Leidenschaft fr den Vertrieb
- Zielorientierte und selbststndige Arbeitsweise, Flexibilitt und hohe Eigenmotivation
- Deutschkenntnisse auf muttersprachlichem Niveau in Wort und Schrift
- Zertifizierter Pharmareferent gem 75 AMG - vom Vorteil
