Location: Onsite, 5 days per week, approximately 45–50 miles south of the Las Vegas area
Pay: $18+ per hour, based on experience, plus mileage reimbursement
Contract Length: 6 months
Hours: 40 hours per week

We are seeking an Inventory Control Clerk to support a 6-month project focused on inventory tracking, barcode scanning, and data accuracy. This position will be responsible for collecting, entering, and verifying inventory information to ensure accurate and up-to-date records.

Responsibilities

• Perform barcode scanning and physical inventory tracking
• Enter and update inventory data accurately in company systems
• Verify inventory information and identify discrepancies
• Assist with physical inventory counts and reconciliation
• Maintain accurate records of materials, equipment, and/or assets
• Review data for completeness and accuracy
• Communicate inventory discrepancies or issues to the appropriate team members
• Support additional inventory and data entry activities as needed

Qualifications

• Previous experience in inventory, data entry, warehouse operations, asset tracking, or a related role preferred
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to data accuracy
• Comfortable using barcode scanners and computer-based inventory systems
• Basic proficiency with Microsoft Excel and other data entry tools
• Strong organizational and time-management skills
• Ability to work independently and complete repetitive, detail-oriented tasks
• Must be able to successfully complete a pre-employment background check and drug screening

This is a fully onsite position and is not eligible for remote or hybrid work. Candidates should be comfortable commuting to the project site five days per week. Mileage reimbursement will be provided.
