With clean formulations, playful design, and an accessible price point that makes discovery easy.About the RoleThis is a hybrid role combining hands-on community management (social engagement, influencer, brand voice, customer connection) with ownership of our affiliate marketing program. You'll be the voice of Winky Lux across social platforms while also building and scaling partnerships that drive measurable awareness and revenue through affiliates and creators.What You'll DoCommunity ManagementOwn and evolve Winky Lux's overall community strategy, aligning community, influencer, and affiliate efforts with broader brand and marketing goalsBuild and maintain relationships with community members, creators, and partners to deepen brand loyalty and advocacyOwn day-to-day community engagement with the help of the agency while also adding personal touches to strengthening relationships with creators. Develop and manage university/campus ambassador programs to build brand presence with early-career audiencesWith the help of the agency, Identify, negotiate, and manage relationships with paid influencer partners, from outreach through campaign executionOwn and manage the gifting program, help identifying recipients, coordinating sends, and tracking resulting content and sentimentManage the day-to-day relationship with agency partner STC, ensuring deliverables and campaigns stay on strategy and on scheduleMonitor social sentiment and flag trends, complaints, or viral moments to the marketing team in real timeDevelop and execute community-building initiatives (UGC campaigns on creator IQ, giveaways, brand ambassador touchpoints)Partner with internal and external teams to identify community-driven content opportunitiesTrack community health metrics (engagement rate, sentiment, follower growth) and report on trends monthlyAffiliate ProgramOwn the affiliate channel as a whole, treating it as a core sales-driving channel with clear revenue targets, not just a partner-relationship functionManage and grow the Winky Lux affiliate program (e.g., Impact platform, ShopMy, TTS, Amazon), including recruitment, onboarding, and relationship management of affiliate partners with the help of agencyBuild and execute affiliate newsletter and communication cadences to drive partner engagementIdentify, vet, and onboard new affiliates and micro/macro-influencers aligned with brand fitSet and track commission structures, promo codes, and campaign incentives in partnership with finance/marketing leadershipAnalyze affiliate performance data (conversion rate, AOV, ROAS) and optimize partner mix accordinglyCoordinate affiliate-specific content and asset needs with the content/creative teamOwn reporting on affiliate program performance, presenting monthly results and recommendations to leadershipWhat You Bring5+ years of experience in social/community management, with at least 1-2 years managing an affiliate or influencer programExperience running paid influencer partnerships and gifting programs, from strategy through executionExperience managing external agency relationships, ensuring deliverables stay on-brand and on-scheduleExperience building or running university/campus ambassador programs a plusProven track record growing an affiliate program's revenue contribution and partner baseExcellent written communication skills with the ability to adapt tone across community engagement and partner-facing commsExperience with affiliate platforms (Impact, ShareASale, Rakuten, or similar)Strong analytical skills - comfortable pulling and interpreting performance data to make decisionsFamiliarity with social platforms (Instagram, TikTok) and native engagement tools/analyticsBeauty or CPG industry experience strongly preferredHighly organized, self-directed, and comfortable owning a channel end-to-end
