Position Details Job Number: 179594, Job Title: Sup Anesthesia Technician I - Operating Room - LBJ - Varied, Salary: $21.49 - $26.98 Job Summary The Anesthesia Technician I (AT I) performs a variety of activities that support the Anesthesiology Service. The AT I assists anesthesiologists and Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetists (CRNAs) with the technical preparation for inducing anesthesia, intubation, and airway management. The AT I demonstrates personal and professional effectiveness. Minimum Qualifications Education / Licensure / Specialized Training: Education: High School diploma or equivalent required. Completion of an Anesthesia Technology program preferred. Licensure / Certification: None Work Experience: One (1) year related experience preferred. Special Requirements Communication Skills: Above Average Verbal (Heavy Public Contact) Bilingual Skills Required.
