Spreetail is seeking a Senior Brand Strategy Manager to lead complex brand portfolios and drive end-to-end marketing strategies across top retail channels. This high‑impact role operates as an independent contributor with significant autonomy and is recognized as an eCommerce expert, influencing without authority and mentoring peers. Tasks: Develop and own high-impact brand marketing strategies for key and high‑growth accounts, driving clear ROI and measurable business outcomes. Lead end‑to‑end brand and SKU‑level strategy, identifying priority opportunities and making smart, data-driven investment decisions. Act as a trusted eCommerce expert, influencing traffic, conversion, and channel strategy by leveraging data to optimize paid and organic growth. Build strong internal and external relationships, collaborating with channel leaders and merchants to capitalize on new programs and exclusivity opportunities. Elevate team performance by mentoring peers and driving process and reporting improvements that scale impact across the organization. Qualifications Experience developing and owning high-impact brand marketing strategies for key and high‑growth accounts. Experience leading end‑to‑end brand and SKU‑level strategy, identifying priority opportunities and making data-driven investment decisions. Experience acting as a trusted eCommerce expert, influencing traffic, conversion, and channel strategy. Experience building strong relationships with channel leaders and merchants, capitalizing on new programs.
