Business Analyst/Project Manager

Our client is seeking an IT Project Manager to join their team. As an IT Project Manager, you will be part of a dynamic team supporting various projects that drive innovation and efficiency. The ideal candidate will have exceptional analytical skills, strong communication abilities, and a proactive mindset which will align successfully with the organization's goals.

Job Title: Project Manager

Location: Sacramento, California (Hybrid)

Pay Range: $53.00 to $60.00 per hour

What's the Job?

• Elicit, analyze, specify, and validate the business needs of stakeholders through interviews and user requirements gathering.
• Evaluate and present the best technology options to meet business needs.
• Develop comprehensive project plans for implementing approved technology solutions.
• Manage all phases of assigned projects to ensure delivery aligns with approved project plans.
• Communicate changes and enhancements to business requirements effectively to stakeholders.

What's Needed?

• Bachelor's Degree in business administration, computer science, information systems, or a related field, or at least 7 years of relevant work experience.
• Proven experience in business and technical requirements analysis and project plan development.
• Strong project management skills, including planning, organizing, and resource management.
• Exceptional analytical skills with the ability to translate user requirements into functional specifications.
• Experience with Atlassian products is a plus.
