Project Manager

CFE, Inc. has been a leader in the commercial roofing business for over 40 years. We are seeking a detail oriented Project Manager that will manage assigned projects to help insure our core values of safety, quality, and customer satisfaction. Position Responsibilities: Comply with all Safety Policies and Procedures, be an example, and support the company safety goals and objectives. Review all project documents prior to job start up to gain full understanding of the project. Manage all aspects of assigned projects from planning stages through completion and final payment. Insure that required bonds, shop drawings, and submittals are completed, and that all required materials are ordered and delivered to the job site on a timely basis. Visit job-sites on a regular basis, attend project meetings, and resolve problems with owners, their representatives and designers. Look for ways to improve project profitability without sacrificing safety, quality and customer satisfaction. Keep supervisor informed about significant problems and accomplishments. Stay current on new developments in roofing and sheet metal technology. Occasionally attend pre-bid meetings and conduct pre-job roof inspections. Provide strong support to foremen and crews to insure they have the information, materials, tools, and equipment required to do the job. Prepare and conduct foreman pre-job meeting.
