Sourcing Manager (Hybrid)

Sourcing Manager position at Stryker's MAKO business unit in the Fort Lauderdale area. Responsibilities include developing strategic sourcing approaches, managing supplier relationships, negotiating contracts, and driving cost reduction initiatives. Hybrid work arrangement with weekly onsite presence required.

Responsibilities

Develop strategic sourcing strategies for assigned suppliers and commodities aligned with business objectives
Implement supplier strategies including spend assessments, consolidation, and make-vs-buy analyses
Negotiate long-term supply contracts and resolve supplier escalations
Identify supply chain risks and develop mitigation plans
Lead supplier scorecard development and conduct business reviews with key suppliers

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in supply chain management, business, finance, engineering, or equivalent experience
8 years supply chain management experience with 5+ years in strategic sourcing
Experience in highly regulated industries
Demonstrated excellence in contract negotiation and supplier management
Supply base risk assessment and mitigation experience
International procurement and supplier management experience

Compensation: $118,000 - $196,700 USD Annual
