Job Title: Respiratory Therapist
Location: Tulsa, OK
Job Type: Direct Hire | Full-Time
Shift: Nights, 6:45 PM – 7:50 AM
Pay: Starting at $29.89/hour

Job Summary

We are hiring a Respiratory Therapist to provide comprehensive respiratory care to patients in both critical and non-critical care settings. This is a great opportunity for an experienced RT looking for a full-time night-shift position with competitive pay, a $15,000 sign-on bonus , and relocation assistance.

Key Responsibilities

• Assess patients and provide appropriate respiratory treatments and care.
• Manage invasive and non-invasive mechanical ventilation.
• Perform intubation, extubation, suctioning, nebulizer treatments, and oxygen therapy.
• Monitor patients and adjust ventilator settings as needed.
• Respond to Code Blue and other emergency situations.
• Assist with bronchoscopy and patient transport when required.
• Maintain accurate patient records and clinical documentation.
• Work closely with physicians, nurses, and other healthcare professionals.
• Participate in quality improvement, education, and mentoring programs.
  

Requirements

• Graduate of an accredited Respiratory Care program.
• Valid Oklahoma Respiratory Care Practitioner (RCP) license or eligible temporary/provisional authorization.
• CRT or RRT credential through NBRC required.
• BLS certification required within 2 months of hire.
• ICU experience required/preferred for the specified clinical pathway.
  

Compensation & Benefits

• Starting pay: $29.89/hour
• $15,000 Night Shift Sign-On Bonus with a 2-year commitment.
• Additional $1/hour for RRT credential.
• Additional clinical ladder pay may be available for ACLS, PALS, and NRP qualifications.
• Relocation assistance available for qualified candidates.
