Provides general labor support for the receiving department in a warehouse with a variety of clerical activities and physical tasks, must be capable of lifting 50lbs and below.
Essential Functions
- Reviews and organizes all receiving orders, including domestic and export
- Capable of clerical work while providing physical support to the operation
- Order expediting with email communication and daily workload
- Assists with updating and managing repack/repackaging schedules
- Able to utilize receiving inventory and various office software programs
- Assist with all logistic related order issues
- Able to work flexible hours, overtime and weekends if needed
- Ability to provide excellent customer service
- Other duties as assigned by manager
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Data entry

- Customer service experience
- Detail oriented
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to adapt to new computer systems
- Microsoft Office experience required
