Responsibilities:
• Provide direct patient care to our residents, including administering medications, taking vital signs, and assisting with daily living activities
• Develop and implement individualized care plans tailored to each resident's unique needs and goals
• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals, including therapists, nurses, and physicians, to ensure comprehensive care
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of patient care and progress
• Participate in on-call rotation and respond to emergency situations as needed
