Position: Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN)
Locations: Cranberry Township, PA / Beaver, PA

Employment Type: Full-Time (Mon-Fri 8:00am-4:00pm)
Compensation: $25.00–$30.00 per hour, based on experience

About Our Practice

We are a private interventional pain management practice dedicated to providing compassionate, individualized care to patients living with acute and chronic pain. We are seeking a professional, dependable, and compassionate Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our team.

Position Overview

The LPN will work closely with the physician and clinical team to provide high-quality patient care, assist with in-office procedures, coordinate patient needs, and help ensure the smooth and efficient operation of the practice.

The ideal candidate is organized, detail-oriented, compassionate, and comfortable working in a private outpatient setting.

Responsibilities

• Room patients and obtain vital signs and pertinent medical history.
• Perform medication reconciliation and maintain accurate patient records.
• Assist the physician with examinations, treatments, and in-office procedures.
• Prepare patients for procedures and provide post-procedure care and instructions..
• Monitor patients and promptly communicate changes or concerns to the physician.
• Provide patient education regarding medications, procedures, treatment plans, and follow-up care.
• Assist with prescription refill requests and medication-related communication.
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation in the electronic medical record.
• Communicate professionally with patients, pharmacies, and other healthcare providers.
• Assist with referrals, prior authorizations, and coordination of patient care as needed.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe clinical environment.
• Follow HIPAA, infection-control, medication-safety, and office policies.
• Perform other clinical duties as assigned.

Qualifications

• Current, unrestricted LPN license in Pennsylvania.
• Graduate of an accredited practical nursing program.
• Current CPR/BLS certification.
• Outpatient, pain management, orthopedic, neurology, or procedural experience preferred.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Excellent attention to detail.
• Compassionate and professional bedside manner.
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a small clinical team.
• EMR experience preferred.
