Oakwood Heights Village is hiring Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) in Oil City, PA!

NEW WAGES + Multiple Opportunities Available

We are looking for compassionate, dependable LPNs to join our nursing team. Full-Time, Part-Time and Per Diem opportunities are available, and new graduate LPNs are encouraged to apply.

Available Schedules:

• 8-hour and 12-hour shifts available

• Full-Time, Part-Time and Per Diem opportunities

• Multiple shift options available

Pay & Benefits:

• $25.50-$28.50/hr based on experience

• +$1/hr shift differential

• +$5/hr travel stipend for employees traveling 50+ miles one way

• TapCheck / On-Demand Pay

• $1/hr additional pay if you opt out of insurance

• $1/hr additional pay if you opt out of PTO

LPN Responsibilities:

• Provide nursing care to assigned residents

• Administer medications and treatments

• Monitor residents and report changes in condition

• Assist physicians with procedures as needed

• Reinforce healthcare instructions with residents and families

• Participate in care planning and interdisciplinary collaboration

• Assist with admissions, transfers and discharges

• Maintain accurate and timely documentation

• Maintain a safe and comfortable resident environment

• Assist with unit management or assume charge when assigned

Qualifications:

• Active LPN license in Pennsylvania

• Strong clinical assessment skills

• Effective communication and teamwork abilities

• Ability to work in a skilled nursing environment
