Through a robust network of resources, you will be amongst some of the industry's top talent to help guide and support our customer's needs and provide them with innovative solutions.The Commercial Lines Associate Account Manager provides administrative and clerical support to the Commercial Channel through assisting the team in providing quality customer service.In this role, you will:Process lost policy release formsPrepare Summaries of InsuranceProcess endorsement requests and secure pricing from carrier if neededManage account documentation including ERM 14 forms; send documentation to insured and follow up to ensure it was received and submitted to the carrierMaintain follow-up system with insurance carriers to ensure requests are processed timelyFurnish underwriters with additional information as requestedEnter Client information and policy detail into broker management systemCheck policies for accuracy of information in comparison with the Insurance quote and Broker Management SystemRequest, process and document Audits and Endorsement requestsAssemble/process renewal documentsComplete renewal kits and marketing exhibitsPursue a program for personal and professional developmentPerform other specific duties and projects as assigned by managementWhat you offer us:1-2 years insurance experience Illinois property/casualty license appropriate to the position or be willing to sit for exam within 60 days of hire dateWell organized with an aptitude for detailsStrong written and oral communication skillsUnderstand and analyze insurance coverages, forms, and policiesWork normally scheduled hours and additional time as neededBasic knowledge of Microsoft Office required and EPIC preferredWhat we offer you:A rewarding job that helps local businesses in the communityMedical/dental/vision/life insurance, 401k matching program, Health Savings Account funding, and voluntary insurance optionsGenerous time-off policies (2 weeks of vacation + Personal/Sick/Floating Holidays)A work/life balance because that is important for all of usLearn from the expertise of your coworkersGrowth- HUB is growing, and so can your careerBe part of a motivated teamThe expected salary range for this position is $70,000.00 to $75,000.00 and will be impacted by factors such as the successful candidate's skills, experience and working location, as well as the specific position's business line, scope and level.
