Office Manager – Streamline Operations for Conifer Gutter & Best Awning Job Overview Company: Conifer Gutter & Best Awning Salary/Pay Rate: $25-28+ per hour Location: Conifer, CO Job/Employment Type: Full-Time Project Scope: Residential Gutter Administrative Support & Customer Operations Mandatory Licences & Certifications: None Required The Opportunity You will serve as the operational backbone of a premier mountain-region gutter service & awning company, ensuring seamless communication between customers and field crews. This role allows you to directly impact business growth by managing daily administrative workflows and optimizing scheduling. How You Will Make An Impact Manage daily office workflows and schedule field crew dispatches to maximize operational efficiency. Act as the primary point of contact for customer inquiries, providing warm and accurate service. Coordinate incoming residential project requests and track jobs through completion. Customer billing and keeping weekly administrative records with high precision. Maintain organized digital and physical filing systems for smooth business operations. Support leadership with onboarding logistics and office supply management. Required Qualifications & Experience Proven administrative, office management, or operations coordination experience. Excellent written and verbal communication skills tailored for team and customer interactions. Strong organizational skills with a demonstrated ability to prioritize competing tasks. Proficiency in Quickbooks Online, Gmail, Google Calendar, and data entry. Preferred Qualifications & Experience Previous experience in home services, trade contracting, or residential construction environments.
