Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments of patients to identify their needs, goals, and resources available, ensuring a tailored approach for those seeking treatment for substance use disorders.

In this role, you will predominantly work with individuals struggling with substance use disorders, including veterans and their families who often face unique challenges and stigmas. Qualifications\n

• A Master's or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

• Current and valid licensure as an LCSW, LPCC, or LMFT in California.
\n
• Demonstrated knowledge of substance use disorders, recovery-oriented care, and relevant evidence-based treatment modalities.

• Proven experience in delivering individual and group therapy within the realm of addiction treatment.

• Exceptional interpersonal skills, with an empathetic approach and the ability to build trusting relationships with clients.

Compensation and Benefits\n
