Key Responsibilities\n

• Supervise and guide practicum students pursuing clinical licensure, providing weekly supervision sessions that foster their learning and professional growth.

• Deliver tailored psychotherapy services to clients, including individuals, couples, and families, using evidence-based practices to achieve positive outcomes.

• Collaborate closely with healthcare professionals, including social workers and psychiatrists, to coordinate care and initiate referrals as needed.

• Participate actively in developing and refining treatment plans, ensuring they address each client's unique needs and concerns.

• Maintain meticulous and up-to-date records and documentation as per regulatory standards, contributing to the center’s commitment to ethical practices.

• Stay actively engaged with industry developments, best practices, and advancements in therapeutic methodologies to enhance personal and organizational practices.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will work with a diverse patient population, including clients experiencing anxiety, depression, relationship issues, and trauma. By applying therapeutic approaches such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and family systems therapy, you will contribute to meaningful transformations in their lives, assessing individual needs and adapting interventions accordingly.

Qualifications\n

• A valid state license as an LPCC, LCSW, or LMFT is required.

• A Master’s Degree in Counseling, Social Work, Psychology, or a closely related field is essential.

• Professional liability insurance is mandatory to practice within California.

• At least two years of direct experience in mental health counseling is expected.

Preferred Experience\n

Ideal candidates will possess experience supervising begining counselors or practicum students, showcasing their commitment to mentorship alongside clinical excellence. Proficiency in using telehealth platforms and knowledge of various therapeutic assessment tools will be advantageous.

Compensation and Benefits\n

This position offers a competitive salary range of USD 120,000 - 140,000 annually, complemented by an attractive sign-on bonus of $3,000.
