Key Responsibilities\n

• Facilitate engaging individual counseling sessions, using approaches such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) and motivational interviewing to motivate and empower clients on their journey to recovery.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your primary focus will be individuals aged 18 and up who are seeking help for substance use disorders. This population encompasses diverse backgrounds, including those who may be facing co-occurring mental health issues. Qualifications\n

• A master’s or doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution is required.

• A current and valid licensure in California as an LCSW (Licensed Clinical Social Worker), LPCC (Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor), or LMFT (Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist).

• In-depth understanding of substance use disorders and familiarity with evidence-based treatment modalities.

• Demonstrated experience in providing both individual and group therapy in addiction treatment contexts.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The salary range for this position is competitive, falling between USD 115,000 and 130,000 annually.
