This full-time position offers a remote work setting, allowing you to provide care from the comfort of your home while maintaining flexibility in your schedule. This role typically requires availability Monday through Friday, from 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM, with some evenings adjusting based on patient needs. You will utilize telehealth platforms to conduct individual sessions and group therapies, ensuring that you are equipped with the tools necessary to engage effectively with your clients.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments for individuals seeking treatment for substance use disorders, identifying their specific needs and recovery goals.

• Facilitate individual counseling sessions that deepen the patient's understanding of their addiction and the recovery process.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Our primary focus is on adults grappling with various substance use disorders, including alcohol, opioids, and other substances. You will have the opportunity to work with individuals facing different stages of recovery, from early intervention to long-term recovery maintenance.

Qualifications\n

• Master's or doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

• Current and valid licensure as an LCSW, LMHC, or LMFT in Washington state.

• In-depth knowledge of substance use disorders, evidence-based treatment modalities, and recovery-oriented practices.

• Experience delivering individual and group therapy within the context of addiction treatment.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, showcasing a non-judgmental and empathetic approach in client interactions.

• A strong commitment to professional ethics, maintaining patient confidentiality, and upholding professional boundaries.

Compensation and Benefits\n
