Key Responsibilities\n

Qualifications\n

• A Master's or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from a recognized institution.

• Current and valid licensure as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC), or Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) in the state of New York.

• In-depth knowledge of substance use disorders and evidence-based treatment modalities.

• Demonstrated experience in delivering both individual and group therapy specifically within the addiction treatment context.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The salary range for this full-time position is competitive, between USD 100,000 and 120,000 per year, and is supplemented by performance-based bonuses. A sign-on bonus is also available to qualified candidates.
