Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments and develop personalized treatment plans for clients, incorporating their unique histories, needs, and goals.

• Facilitate engaging group therapy sessions with a maximum of eight clients to foster an environment conducive to healing and interpersonal growth.

• Provide individual and family therapy sessions through secure telehealth platforms, ensuring a comfortable and confidential setting for clients.

• Participate in regular case discussions and team meetings to collaborate on client care strategies, share insights, and draw from the expertise of fellow clinicians.

• Maintain accurate documentation of client progress and treatment outcomes for compliance and quality assurance.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Our primary focus is on adolescents and young adults dealing with a range of challenges, including depression, anxiety, trauma, and substance use disorders. Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Social Work, Psychology, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Mental Health Counseling is required.

• Possession of valid licenses, including LCSW, LCSW-R, LMHC, or LMFT (junior-licensed candidates are welcome and can receive supervision).

• Availability for a minimum of 12 hours per week, with opportunities to expand to full-time, contingent upon whether you choose a contract or W2 employment structure.

• Comfort with technology and experience utilizing telehealth platforms for client interactions.
