This role operates remotely, allowing for flexibility while ensuring you remain fully engaged with our supportive, mission-driven team. Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments of clients’ needs and treatment goals to inform personalized recovery plans.

• Develop and implement individualized treatment strategies, utilizing evidence-based approaches such as motivational interviewing and cognitive-behavioral therapy.

• Maintain regular communication with psychiatrists and multidisciplinary team members to ensure integrated care and address patient needs holistically.

• Provide crisis intervention and support during emergency situations, offering immediate assistance to clients in distress.

• Educate clients and their families on addiction, recovery strategies, and available community resources, empowering them to engage actively in the healing process.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will work with a diverse range of clients, primarily focusing on individuals struggling with substance use disorders. Qualifications\n

• A Master's or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution is required.

• Extensive knowledge of substance use disorders, recovery principles, and various therapeutic modalities.

• Demonstrated experience in providing both individual and group therapy in addiction treatment settings.

Compensation and Benefits\n

This position offers a competitive salary range of USD 115,000 to 130,000 annually, reflecting your skills and expertise.
