- Annual Salary: $80,000 to $115,000 (based on experience)
- Sign-On Bonus: Up to $10,000 for a two-year commitment
- Pay package: Discussed upon application

- Provide outpatient and inpatient physical therapy services
- Support home health, SNF, or school-based patients on occasion
- Document patient care accurately using Epic EMR system
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to develop and implement treatment plans
- Educate patients and families on therapy routines and injury prevention
- Maintain compliance with all licensing and health safety standards
- Valid Minnesota Physical Therapist license
- BLS certification (within first year of employment)
- At least 1 year of clinical experience in a healthcare setting
- Strong knowledge of electronic medical records, preferably Epic
- Excellent communication and patient care skills
