Hours/Week: 38-40
Employment Type: Permanent placement
Licenses/Certifications: Minnesota Physical Therapist License, BLS within 1 year
Experience: Minimum 1 year in a health-related field; familiarity with Epic EMR preferred

Pay & Benefits

Annual Salary: $80,000 to $115,000 (based on experience)
Sign-On Bonus: Up to $10,000 for a two-year commitment
Pay package: Discussed upon application

What You'll Do

Provide outpatient and inpatient physical therapy services
Support home health, SNF, or school-based patients on occasion
Document patient care accurately using Epic EMR system
Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to develop and implement treatment plans
Educate patients and families on therapy routines and injury prevention
Maintain compliance with all licensing and health safety standards

What You Need

Valid Minnesota Physical Therapist license
BLS certification (within first year of employment)
At least 1 year of clinical experience in a healthcare setting
Strong knowledge of electronic medical records, preferably Epic
Excellent communication and patient care skills
