Senior Master Scheduler

Master SchedulerRequired Skills & Experience: 8+ years of experience as a Scheduler in a New Space, Aerospace, and a bachelor's degree or equivalent years of work experience (12+ years of total work experience). 5+ years of Microsoft Project experience. Demonstrated ability to read technical documentation and understand complex hardware assembly sequences. Experience with ERP/MRP systems. Basic experience writing SQL queries or building data visualizations (IE. Power BI) to track health metrics. Ability to plan the program end to end- design and test.Nice to Have Skills & Experience: Ability to work independently and take ownership of projects. Infor LN ERP experience. Exposure to VBA or Python to automate scheduling workflows.Job Description: We are seeking a Master Scheduler to develop and manage integrated schedules across the full program lifecycle, from design and development through manufacturing, integration, and test. This individual will partner with engineering, manufacturing, supply chain, and program management teams to maintain schedule performance, identify risks, and drive on-time execution of complex aerospace programs. Experience with Microsoft Project, ERP/MRP systems, and complex hardware assembly environments is required.
