Job Description
Our client is looking for an Operations Coordinator to join their Marketing Acquisition and Campaign Services team supporting Pluto TV in New York, NY . This is a fully onsite opportunity supporting international billing, vendor operations, creative requests, and media operations. You'll work cross-functionally with internal marketing, campaign operations, finance, procurement, and content teams, as well as external vendors such as Google, Amazon, and Meta, to maintain workflows, resolve billing discrepancies, coordinate creative requests, and ensure operational processes are completed accurately and efficiently.
\n \nThis role is ideal for an early-career professional with experience in billing, marketing operations, campaign operations, advertising, or media agency operations. You'll play a key role in maintaining billing trackers, supporting vendor onboarding, coordinating international creative requests, monitoring project workflows, responding to billing inquiries, and partnering with teams across the United States and Canada. The ideal candidate is highly organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced corporate environment.

\n \nRequired Skills & Experience
\n1-3 years of experience in billing, marketing operations, campaign operations, or media agency operations
\nExperience working in an in-house corporate environment or agency preferred
\nExperience maintaining billing trackers, financial documents, project boards, or operational workflows
\nStrong organizational skills and exceptional attention to detail
\nAbility to manage multiple priorities, requests, and deadlines simultaneously
\nClear and professional written and verbal communication skills
\nExperience collaborating with internal departments and external vendors
\nAbility to work effectively with team members virtually across the United States and Canada
\nExperience responding to vendor, client, and internal team inquiries in a timely manner
\nExperience supporting billing processes, invoice submission, or resolving billing discrepancies
\nAbility to troubleshoot issues and proactively follow up on outstanding requests

\nExperience with advertising, paid media, creative operations, or media campaign operations
\nKnowledge of creative specifications and requirements for advertising campaigns
\nExperience working with advertising platforms or media products
\nExperience working with media agencies or internal media teams
\nExperience using organizational or project-management software such as Asana or Airtable
\nExperience with vendor onboarding and vendor management processes
\nExperience communicating with vendors such as Google, Amazon, or Meta
\nExperience working with finance, procurement, accounts payable, FP&A, or marketing teams
\nExperience supporting international or multi-region operations
\nExperience with Graphite Connect or similar vendor onboarding platforms
\nStrong Excel or spreadsheet skills for tracking, reporting, and maintaining billing documentation
