Charlotte, North Carolina, United States Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) Hybrid We are currently offering a $5,000 sign‑on bonus for starting before 7/31/2026. Location: Charlotte, North Carolina and surrounding areas (Hybrid option available). At Cortica, our Board‑Certified Behavior Analysts use a strength‑based, holistic approach to clinical programming for children with autism and other neurodevelopmental differences. Our BCBAs lead a transdisciplinary team that thrives, grows, and makes a meaningful, long‑term impact for families. Your Role and Impact You will oversee neurodiversity‑affirming clinical programming for patients receiving ABA treatment and lead a team of behavior technicians (BTs) to empower children with developmental differences. Provide clinical oversight and supervision for a caseload of patients. Develop and implement individualized treatment plans in collaboration with the transdisciplinary team. Lead, mentor, and coach BTs ensuring high‑quality service delivery. Monitor progress, adjust interventions, and report outcomes to providers and insurers. Maintain documentation and billing accuracy in accordance with regulatory standards. What You’ll Love About This Role Average 26 billable hours per week with flexibility for shorter weeks. Two separate bonus opportunities: productivity bonus and ABA caseload bonus, up to 10 % of monthly base salary. Opportunities for progression through BCBA levels I–IV, with reduced productivity targets at advanced levels. Full autonomy over scheduling and supervision locations. Administrative support for scheduling, billing, and credentialing. Benefits Salary plus bonus totaling $101,512 – $126,890 annually. Up to 22 days off in the first year, increasing to 26 days after 12 months. Hybrid role with remote flexibility. CEU stipend: $2,000 annually. License renewal reimbursement. 401(k) matching.
