The facility features a state-of-the-art Anesthesia Department with 11 operating rooms at the main campus, additional satellite locations, and medical imaging/IR coverage, performing over 13,000 OR cases annually while serving neonatal and pediatric patients.

Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist - Anesthesia


Job Details:

• Join a growing, state-of-the-art Anesthesia Department providing care to neonatal and pediatric patients
• No call, holidays, or weekends required
• Flexible shift options: 8-hour (0700-1530) or 10-hour (0700-1730) shifts
• Supervised by a Pediatric Anesthesiologist
• Average of 1-15 surgical cases per day across 11 operating rooms at main campus, 4 at south campus, plus medical imaging/IR coverage
• Level 1 Trauma Center designation
• Collaborate with anesthesiologists to develop and implement anesthesia care plans including induction, maintenance, and emergence based on pre-operative assessments
• OR team includes physicians, anesthesiologists, CRNAs, and nursing staff
• Estimated credentialing timeframe: 60-90 days
• Required qualifications include: Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN), graduation from an accredited AANA-approved nurse anesthesia program, current CRNA certification, Ohio licensure, and PALS certification
• NBCRNA Board Certification, AANA Certification, and BLS/PALS required
• Most recent NPDB Self Query Report (within 30 days, active) required at presentation - no exemptions
• Preferred: 1-3 years of neonatal and/or pediatric anesthesia experience
• New graduates with pediatric experience will be considered
• Strong communication, customer service, and computer skills required along with excellent manual dexterity and physical/emotional stamina
