Digital Marketing Specialist

Position Summary - Digital Marketing Specialist (CRM and Brand Engagement) We're seeking an execution-focused, highly organized Digital Marketing Specialist to own our customer lifecycle marketing, email marketing, SMS campaigns, and online community management. This is a hands-on role for someone who enjoys taking ownership, working independently, and executing marketing initiatives that directly impact customer retention, engagement, and lifetime value. You'll serve as the bridge between our Creative, Website, and Performance Marketing teams, ensuring customers receive a consistent, engaging experience across every digital touchpoint. What You'll Do Email & SMS Lifecycle Marketing Own the promotional email and SMS marketing calendars across multiple brands. Build, write, schedule, and deploy email and SMS campaigns. Design and optimize automated customer journeys, including: Welcome Series Abandoned Cart Post-Purchase Win-Back Campaigns Perform A/B testing to improve open rates, click-through rates, and conversions. Manage subscriber segmentation, list hygiene, and audience targeting based on customer behavior and purchase history. Reputation & Community Management Respond to customer reviews across Google Business Profile, BBB, Trustpilot, and company websites. Monitor and engage with customers across Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Reddit, Quora, and other online communities. Maintain a consistent, professional brand voice across all customer interactions. Identify customer concerns and proactively build positive brand engagement. Participate in relevant industry discussions to position our brands as trusted authorities. Organic Social Media & Content Distribution Coordinate publishing schedules with our Creative team. Publish content across: Facebook Instagram LinkedIn YouTube Write compelling captions, headlines, descriptions, and calls-to-action. Align social content with product launches, seasonal campaigns, and website promotions. Analytics & Performance Reporting Monitor campaign performance using Google Analytics 4 (GA4). Analyze customer engagement, retention, and campaign effectiveness. Create weekly and monthly performance reports for leadership. Use marketing data to recommend improvements and optimize campaign performance. Event & Trade Show Coordination Coordinate trade show logistics and promotional campaigns. Manage booth marketing materials and vendor communication. Support pre-event and post-event marketing initiatives. Qualifications Required Minimum of 2 years of Digital Marketing experience in a corporate, B2B, or eCommerce environment. Experience managing Email Marketing and SMS Marketing campaigns. Experience with CRM or Marketing Automation platforms. Strong copywriting and content creation skills. Experience scheduling and managing social media content. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Strong organizational and project management abilities. Ability to manage multiple priorities independently. Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with minimal supervision. Preferred Experience with: Google Analytics 4 (GA4) Email Marketing Platforms SMS Marketing Platforms Marketing Automation CRM Systems Social Media Scheduling Platforms A/B Testing Customer Lifecycle Marketing Community Management Customer Retention Lead Nurturing B2B Marketing Multi-Brand Marketing Manufacturing or Distribution Industries Education & Experience Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, English, or a related field preferred. Equivalent professional experience will be considered in lieu of a degree. Minimum of two years of full-time Digital Marketing experience. Demonstrated success independently managing marketing campaigns from strategy through execution. Physical Requirements Prolonged periods of sitting and computer work.
